Alicia Adams Alpaca had a problem that money alone could not fix. The Classic Throw comes in more than a hundred colors, and no shoot budget on earth lets you style all of them in a beautiful room, in every season, for every channel. So we stopped photographing and started building. We craft photorealistic 3D rooms, art-directed like editorial, where a colorway is a material swap and a season is a lighting change. Once the scene exists, the next image costs almost nothing. That is how a brand this beautiful finally gets to show all of itself, everywhere, without booking a studio, and for a fraction of what one lifestyle shoot used to cost.

That is how a brand this beautiful finally gets to show all of itself, everywhere, without booking a studio, and for a fraction of what one lifestyle shoot used to cost.

The Challenge
Alicia Adams Alpaca is a brand whose entire appeal is how the product feels in a beautiful, lived-in home. That makes lifestyle imagery existential, and it makes it the hardest content problem in the category.
The variant problem is unsolvable with a camera. The Classic Throw alone spans more than a hundred colorways across two weaves, before you add the rest of the catalog. Photographing every color in a styled room is not a budget question. It is physically impossible at any reasonable cost or timeline, because every variant needs a new physical sample and a separate shoot. Lifestyle shoots are the most expensive imagery there is. Styled home lifestyle photography carries a high per-image cost and a high day-rate, and the costs repeat with every season, every angle, and every reshoot, because photography outputs are locked at the moment of capture. For a brand that needs to refresh seasonally and show dozens of products in dozens of finishes, the math never closes. Seasonality multiplies everything. A luxury home brand has to look like fall in fall and like the holidays in December. Traditionally that means a fresh shoot every season, on top of every product and every colorway. The combinatorial explosion of color times product times season times channel is exactly what makes home imagery unscalable. Every channel needs its own crop. Website hero, collection banners, PDP lifestyle, email headers, Instagram, Pinterest, Stories, app. One captured photo rarely serves them all, so the cost compounds again at the export stage. The brief: solve the home industry's biggest content pain point. Give the brand a way to show every colorway, every season, across every channel, at editorial quality, without the cost, the timeline, or the physical impossibility of shooting it all.

The System
We treat imagery as a production pipeline, not a series of one-off shoots. The model is the asset. The renders are the output. And the output never stops scaling.
Build photorealistic rooms, art-directed like editorial. We craft 3D environments from scratch, composed to emulate the quiet elegance of high-end editorial photography: space planning and layout, real material and finish selection for walls, floors, and trim, deliberate window placement and light logic, curated furnishings and props, and the brand's own products placed as the hero. The goal is not a render that looks like a render. It is a room that reads as a photograph, so the brand's editorial standard never slips. Make color and season free. Because the scene is digital, a new colorway is a material swap in the file and a new season is a lighting and styling change. The hundred-plus throw colors that could never be shot in situ become routine to produce, each one in the exact same beautiful room, perfectly consistent. Run it as a monthly engine. The service is productized: every month we develop a new seasonal scene from scratch, or recompose existing scenes, and deliver a set of high-resolution rendered captures. Each image gets meticulous lighting, styling, and composition review, plus iterations for alternate colorways, time-of-day shifts, or product swaps. Quarterly moodboards and shotlists keep the renders aligned to the campaign calendar, and biweekly creative check-ins keep it all on brand. Kit every image for every channel. Each capture is exported as usage-optimized variants: website hero and collection banners and PDP lifestyle, email hero and editorial blocks, and social and Pinterest ratios for Instagram, Facebook, Stories, and Reels. One scene feeds the entire channel mix, from website to app to email to SMS, with no reshoot and no extra cost. Push the line between render and reality, and have fun with it. We are deliberately pushing the limits of 3D and blurring it with AI, to the point where the imagery is good enough to anchor real campaigns. The team even creates playful cultural moments with these assets, like the Stranger Things social posts, proving the renders are not just catalog filler. They are flexible, on-trend creative the brand can actually have fun with.
